Quadrilateral || Shashaank Blogspot

  The angles of a quadrilateral are in the ratio  2 : 3 : 5 : 8 . Find the smallest angle of the quadrilateral?  Given ratio of angles of quadrilateral  A B C D  is  2 : 3 : 5 : 8 Let the angles of quadrilateral  A B C D  be  2 x , 3 x , 5 x , 8 x , respectively. We know, by angle sum property, the sum of angles of a quadrilateral is  3 6 0 o . ⇒ 2 x + 3 x + 5 x + 8 x = 3 6 0 o ⇒ 1 8 x = 3 6 0 o ∴ x = 2 0 o . ∴ ∠ A = 2 x = 2 × 2 0 o = 4 0 o , ∠ B = 3 x = 3 × 2 0 o = 6 0 o , ∠ C = 5 x = 5 × 2 0 o = 1 0 0 o and  ∠ D = 8 x = 8 × 2 0 o = 1 6 0 o . ∴  The smallest angle  = 4 0

Zn + HNO3 ------------>Zn(NO3)2 + NO2 + H2O || Shashaank Blogspot

In this video we will balance the equation HNO3 + Zn = Zn(NO3)2 + H2 and provide the correct coefficients for each compound. To balance HNO3 + Zn = Zn(NO3)2 + H2 you will need to be sure to count all of atoms on each side of the chemical equation. Once you know how many of each type of atom you can only change the coefficients (the numbers in front of atoms or compounds) to balance the equation for Nitric acid + Zinc . Important tips for balancing chemical equations: Only change the numbers in front of compounds (the coefficients). Never change the numbers after atoms (the subscripts). The number of each atom on both sides of the equation must be the same for the equation to be bal anced .

  1    Synthetic Fibres and Plastics   SUB- TOPICS  Introduction  Definitions  Types of synthetic fibers  Characteristics of Synthetic Fibres  Advantages and Disadvantages of synthetic fibres  Types of Plastics  Characteristics of Synthetic plastics  Common plastics and their uses  Plastics and Environment     INTRODUCTION  All fabrics are made of fibre. These fibres are then used for making fabrics.  These fabrics are further used for making clothes, utensils etc. Since clothes are important human need, protects our body from extreme temperature and climate changes, hence making fabrics is very important for us.  Fibre can be obtained from various sources, and are classified as follows : NATURAL FIBRE Natural fibres are obtained from natural sources (animal & plants). The natural fibre used in day to day life like cotton, jute, silk, wool. Cotton – obtained from cotton plants Jute – obtained ...
